Um, duh, that's not the number I am calling. The phone number is specifically designated for MassHealth Medical Transportation, so why on earth would I go online to check the bus schedules, for buses that don't even service my city?
Travel to medical services is eligible to be covered by Medicaid, but must be authorized before that travel happens. This is where MAS comes in. We work with enrollees to ensure they are eligible, and to set up transportation via the appropriate level or mode of transportation.
